As Spring is the season of renewal and growth, often marked by a spring cleaning, or detox, here is a quick Spring salad healthy gut reset idea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd jar of Greenola Whole Baby Beets, quartered<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n<p>4 cups of washed Baby Spinach<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 red onion, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons of blue cheese, crumbled<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup toasted walnuts<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle of your choice of berry<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 clove garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup olive oil<\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
